On CNN’s Amanpour Live Report it was reported that Amaechi has been stacking money in different foreign accounts. According to the statement, Amanpour’s show said “the sum of over 757 million U.S. dollars was stacked by Amaechi in a foreign U.S. Bancorp/Minnesota account.”

The Integrity Group, a non-governmental organization, has sent a petition to Buhari as well as the Economic Financial Crimes Commission chairman to investigate Amaechi for the over N70 billion stolen from the Rivers State government.

This amount is separate from the N21 billion which the PDP claims Amaechi transferred from the Power Assets proceeds account of Access bank to the accounts of three private companies with a 25 Trans-Amadi Road, Port Harcourt address. Well, is he the one that Buhari’s camp is telling us that we will be shocked when the first looter is arrested? Details developing…

SHOCKING: Buhari Weeps After Seeing How N3.1Trillion Was Stolen By Presidency

- Buhari almost lost his cool after realising how much the past administration had looted
- The funds were “supposed to be proceeds from some of the crude oil sold on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria”.

President Muhammadu Buhari, who had thought that he had seen the worst of how corrupt practices have in the last few years brought Nigeria to her knees, last week, almost lost his cool when it was brought to his attention that a whopping $16billion – at the official exchange rate of N196, this comes to N3.136 trillion; while, with the parallel market rate of N315, it comes to a whopping N5.04trillion – of the nation’s crude oil revenue loss could be traced to some sharp practices by some individuals in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

The quantum of funds in question are revenue that ought to have accrued to Federal Government through oil-lifting deals which are now subject of intensive investigations.

Specifically, one of the arrow heads of the crude oil lifting scam...who has been invited and interrogated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, at least twice before, has been granted administrative bail, and “who is alleged to be warehousing a sizable chunk of the money, drew the ire of Mr. President”, an Aso Rock Presidential Villa source disclosed.

According to Vanguard, even visiting South African President, Jacob Zuma, was caught in the cross winds of Buhari’s reinvigorated anti-graft stand, as he said every kobo of the stolen funds must be recovered.

Similarly, information suggests that the United States government is helping in the provision of intelligence on how to trace some of the stolen funds from Nigeria that were secretly moved out.

Benin Republic and South Africa have both become safe havens for Nigeria’s stolen funds.

$16BILLION

According to Aso Rock insiders, the funds were..

..supposed to be proceeds from some of the crude oil sold on behalf of the Federal Government of Nigeria by these people and for which they were said not to have made the necessary returns to the coffers of the country.
Continuing, one of the sources said:
You needed to have been there. You needed to have seen Mr. President. He was almost moved to tears at the colossal fraud that had taken place in the country.
He became dejected because at a time when the nation’s resources had gone down badly, at a time when the foreign reserves are also not as much as would be befitting of a nation with vast potentials, such a huge amount of money can be traced to the illegal activities of some people.
But Mr. President has ordered that every kobo must be recovered. Whatever it takes, he has made it clear that those funds must be recovered.
Records of the oil-lifting schedules, timelines of transactions as well as proceeds that were meant to have accrued to government, the source said..
“..showed that some people just constituted themselves into a parallel government and were just making away with the nation’s resources.”

TRACING STOLEN FUNDS

Powerful forces in the Goodluck Jonathan's presidency were neck deep in the mindless looting. As part of its bilateral agreement on intelligence sharing and anti-money laundering surveillance, the US government is collaborating with the Buhari administration on how to trace some of the stolen funds.

It was discovered that whereas the Federal Government has relaxed its forex policy, there has been a heavy movement of cash (in dollars) from Benin Republic back into the system in Nigeria.

The simmering diplomatic row between Nigeria and South Africa, sources disclosed, has more to do with the seeming unwillingness of the South African government to repatriate alleged stolen funds that have been traced to that country.

This was part of what President Zuma came to resolve with Nigeria during his visit last week.

Buhari plans to rig rerun election in Rivers – Fayose

Governor Ayo Fayose of the Ekiti state has blamed President Muhammadu Buhari and All Progressives Congress (APC) of plotting to rig rerun ... thumbnail 1 summary
Governor Ayo Fayose of the Ekiti state has blamed President Muhammadu Buhari and All Progressives Congress (APC) of plotting to rig rerun election in Rivers state on March 19, Saturday. He stated that the president’s quick reaction to the killings in the state is part of the plot to rig the poll.

Fayose lamented the reported violence in Nigeria, saying: “Only a president with ulterior political motives will elevate political violence above the kind of genocide carried out by Fulani herdsmen in Benue state.” The governor boasted that Rivers state and the whole south-south belonged to the PDP.

“Having failed in the court to steal the states from the PDP, Buhari and his APC want to use violence and intimidation. But they should know that even if they relocate Aso Rock presidential villa and the APC National Secretariat to Rivers State on Saturday, they will be roundly defeated,” he stated.

Governor Fayose speaking through his media aide Lere Olayinka, wondered why Buhari who was silent while over 400 Agatu people of Benue state were killed, quickly reacted to the reported political violence in Rivers state from faraway Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.

“In Agatu local government area of Benue state, Fulani herdsmen allegedly killed over 400 people, including children and pregnant women, destroyed more than ten villages; President Buhari did not raise his voice against this genocide until I condemned his silence.

“Also in Mile 12, Lagos, 15 persons, including two children were killed with property worth several millions of Naira destroyed during a clash between Hausa and Yoruba; President Buhari did not give the security services any clear directives to deal decisively with anyone.

“Even though one is not against any action of the government aimed at curbing violence of whatever form, it is pertinent to ask the president whether or not killing of Nigerians should only attract his attention when it involves elections,” he said. The Rivers rerun legislative election will be held in the three senatorial districts, 11 House of Representatives Seats and 22 of the 32 state assembly seats.

Ahead of the poll the former governor Rotimi Amaechi and the incumbent leader of the state Nyesom Wike are exchanging hot words accusing each other of different sins.

Buhari plots Goodluck Jonathan's arrest over stolen 5 trillion Naira

The Federal Government says it has uncovered discrepancies of about N3.3tn and traceable to NNPC which was managed under Goodluck Jonathan... thumbnail 1 summary
The Federal Government says it has uncovered discrepancies of about N3.3tn and traceable to NNPC which was managed under Goodluck Jonathan. This was contained in the 2014 Annual Audit Report presented to the National Assembly on Monday by the office of the Auditor General of the Federation. Aside from this, another 4.4 billion being sales from LNG plant in Bonny was paid into secret accounts managed by Goodluck Jonathan.
The document also showed how N36.4 billion was released to the Office of the National Security Adviser, then under the headship of Col. Sambo Dasuki for the restoration and building of dams in substitute to the Federal Ministry of Water Resources. The report also stated that about 3 billion was used to purchase hand sanitizers just during the Ebola epidemic. The document also revealed how Chief Clerk of the National Assembly made payments of 9.5 billion without raising payment vouchers.

The report also revealed how the Nigerian Embassy in Washington DC generated about 3.8 million dollars (between 2012 and 2015) but expended the whole amount on unaccounted frivolities. The document showed how Nigerian Prisons Service deducted tax to the tune of 2 billion naira but remitted zero naira to the federal government.
The document also revealed how Jonathan doled out $1.6m meant to build a school by Nigeria following the earthquake of 2010. But the project is yet to be executed 6 years later. The document stated that, “As of the time of inspection, there was no evidence of a Memorandum of Understanding between Nigeria and the Haitian Government for the construction of the school. More so, the location of the school was not affected by earthquake in 2010. Therefore, the purpose for which the money was given could not be achieved.”

Last week, the president was visibly angry at the mismanagement and thievery of the Goodluck Jonathan government. He has directed the EFCC and other relevant agencies to prosecute all perpetrators without fear or favor.

Buhari set to bring back Okonjo Iweala, Ezekwesili, Soludo to Salvage The Economy

Nigeria is a mid-income, mixed economy and emerging market, with expanding financial, service, communications, technology, and entertainment sectors. It is ranked as the largest economy in Africa. With an underperforming manufacturing sector, its major export is crude oil. However, years of mismanagement, looting and official graft has crippled the potential of Nigeria.

It was on this note that the APC, led by Mohamadu Buhari built their change mantra and won the elections last year. Nine months down the line, all the Buhari administration has achieved is trade blames with the immediate past administration. The economic reforms of the past administration was jilted, and the economy slumped. The dollar exchanged at a record high of 400 naira to a dollar.

On the heels of this near total collapse, President Buhari, through his information minister announced the obvious to the world. The economy is beyond his control! Lai Mohamed had stated last week Saturday that “The economic situation in the country has gone completely out of the control of government as the global economic meltdown is having a negative spiral effect on it.”

Reports from the kitchen cabinet of mister president alludes that he is set to fire the minister of information, Lai Mohamed, minister of Trade and Investment, Udo Udoma, and Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun. Our correspondents gathered that the Buhari Administration is in secret talks with Porfessor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, Dr Oby Ezekwesili, Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala and a former chieftain of the now defunct ACN, Alhaji Nuhu Ribadu.

Feelers from Aso Villa has it that Soludo may take over from the CBN. Our reporters gathered that Buhari is visibly angry at the CBN governor who allowed the info regarding employment irregularities of his family members. Oby Ezekwesili is tipped to take over from Lai Mohamed, while Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is set to resume her duties as minister of finance.

Last month, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala had offered her assistance to help the Buhari administration. Understanding that the economy has spiraled out of his control, the president is said to have initiated secret moves to bring back Ngozi Okonjo Iweala to his team. Efforts by this news media to contact professor Charles Soludo to authenticate the veracity of the information proved abortive as his cell phones were switched off.

Diezani refund 90 billion dollar CNN confirmed.

I start to imagine what a normal human being would ever need 13 Billion British Pounds that’s 27 trillions of Naira for in this limited world, which if divided according to the equivocal population of Nigerians 170,000,000 people each person will get over N158 millions.

I wonder if former President GEJ could imagine that only one out of his ex-Ministers could steal such a stupendous amount under his administration without his knowledge.

Wonders shall never end! In reference to the CNN report that the former Minister has made a refund of $90B already, how much is Dangote worth? As at today Dangote is worth $14.7B and the 67th in the world while Bill Gates was the 2nd with $ 79.2 on the Forbes list.

Diezani is simply a wonder. Old pensioners are dying of hunger daily, Insurgency is consuming lives of innocent Nigerians, workers are no longer getting their salaries as at when due, Government can no longer build infrastructures, road all over the country are in complete bad shape and only one woman got away with this kind of money.

Nigeria is a wonder, while Diezani is a SHAME to PDP government. I am afraid of women in Government, what about you?
